Online Client Support Centre

The online client support centre is used to log support calls and to check the status of any outstanding support calls.

When instructed by your remote support engineer click on the 'Start remote client session' to begin the support app download.

Select the 'Run' option

Select the 'Run' option on this window as well

you will now be shown the desktop support window. When requested by your support engineer please double click on the required support option.
