The gold support package offers all the services of silver with the following extras:

  • Operating System maintenance and updates (inc service packs)

Platinum

The platinum support package is our 'top of the range' solution for business that require our advanced services at an affordable rate. This service offers all the services of silver & gold with the added extras of:

  • Network Health checks (Every 3 Months)
  • Pre emptive maintenance support (provided by our 24x7 Elise Monitoring service)
  • Software rebuilds
    Hardware repairs
  • Complete site documentation (inc all comms room equipment)
  • IT Asset tracking
  • Installation of new hardware and software
  • Service co-ordination

Ah-Hoc Support Services

Our ad-hoc support service enables businesses to take advantage of all the services offered by Elise Networking Systems on a 'Pay as you go' basis. However this service does not include guaranteed response times, access to knowledge base or online client support centre. All other services are available and charged at our stand call out and hourly rates

24x7 Elise Monitoring

Our excellent monitoring systems allows complete piece of mind when it comes to your IT network. Our systems are designed to monitor everything from user’s workstations to servers that control internet and email access. The service will alert you when something is about to happen not when it already has.

By analysing the servers, workstations and network, Elise Monitoring is able to detect gradual changes within the network and alert our engineers. This service provides one of the most reliable monitoring solutions for small and medium sized businesses. We also provide our clients with monthly status reports of their IT systems as well as conducting the usual daily checks:

  • Backup checks to make sure your data is safe
  • Anti-virus checks to make sure you're right up to date and protected
  • Microsoft exchange server (email) database size check - prevents Exchange reaching its limit and causing downtime
  • Hard drive growth rate – detects if something is using up all the disk space
  • Hard drive health check - checks if disks are starting to physically fail

  • Network equipment & remote office  - ensures all devices are online and functioning
  • Service port status – ensures you are connected to the web, email etc
  • Website status – our monitoring system can even check to make sure your website is still online.
