1) Definitions
1.1 “The Client” The person or business named on any documentation which is relevant to Elise Networking Systems.

1.2 “ENS” Elise Networking Systems, the business (Us) providing services to “The Client”.

1.3 “Goods” All items and services to be supplied by “Elise Networking Systems” to “The Client”.

1.4 “Order” “The Client” order which specifies that these conditions apply to it.

1.5 “The contract” The agreement between “The Client” and “Elise Networking Systems”, comprising the “Order”, these conditions and any other documents specified in the “Order”

2) Services 
“Elise Networking Systems”  provide many IT services to all industries, in certain cases Elise Networking Systems may offer other services that are not included in the information packs as they may be specific to the clients requirements. This decision is at the discretion of Elise Networking
Systems. Elise Networking Systems may offer a service though a 3rd party company, The 3rd party company should have their own terms and conditions and any services that are provided will not directly be the responsibility of Elise Networking Systems unless stated in writing or verbal.

3) Guarantee  
Elise Networking Systems offers guarantees if stated in a contract or in writing. Elise Networking Systems offers a seven day guarantee on all work done by Elise Networking Systems and not that of any 3rd party companies unless specifically stated in writing. All hardware supplied is only guaranteed by the manufactured or suppliers unless otherwise state, in writing by Elise Networking Systems.

4) Payment 
Payment for any services supplied by Elise Networking Systems or a 3rd party company on behalf of Elise Networking Systems must be paid in full no more than 30 days from the date printed on the invoice. In some cases where hardware is being supplied, the cost of the hardware must be paid in full prior before any preparation or installation work can commence. This would also act as a deposit for any orders.

5) Hardware and Software Supplies
Hardware and software that has been paid in full prior to preparation or installation  becomes The clients property and not that of Elise Networking Systems. If The Client has paid the hardware and software costs in full and terminates the installation, it will be The Client is responsible for
arranging carriage of all hardware and software from the offices of Elise Networking Systems. If any preparation work has already be carried out, The client will be liable to pay any costs incurred.

6) Support and Maintenance Service
Agreement  
6.1 Our standard support and maintenance agreement, unless otherwise stated in writing, consists or a twelve month contract where Elise Networking Systems will provide the services details in The Contract.

6.2 Where required, Elise Networking Systems, unless otherwise stated in writing, may use a 3rd party company to deliver the services detailed in The Contract.

6.3 Payment options for the services detailed in The Contract are either one of the following:

  • A. Payment in full for the twelve month support and maintenance agreement.
  • B. Payment each quarter
  • C. Payment each month

6.4 Payments for The Contract must be made on the first of each month/quarter before any support and maintenance services can commence. If payment is not received on the due date you will be given fourteen days grace before services are suspended. If payment is not received within 30 days the contract will be terminated and The Client will be liable for the remaining balance unless otherwise agreed with Elise Networking Systems.
